1. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Delays in delivery caused by courier companies
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Returns are only accepted if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Required for claim approval:

A clear unboxing video from start to finish (no cuts or edits)

Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will send a replacement for the same item. Refunds are not issued unless the item is out of stock.
3. Sale & Discounted Items

All items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are final sale.

These are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless damaged or defective.
4. Process for Damaged/Incorrect Orders

Email us at hello@driprepublic.in within 48 hours of delivery.

Attach the unboxing video and photos clearly showing the issue.

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement dispatch.
5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

In case of a replacement, we will bear the shipping cost for sending the new product.
