At Drip Republic, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely, whether you’re in India or overseas. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, festive seasons), processing time may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time – Within India

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 2–6 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

3. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping for select countries.

  • For international orders, customers must contact our support team before placing an order:

  • Shipping charges and delivery timelines for international orders will be shared based on the destination.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders (India): Free shipping.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD – India): ₹100 COD fee.

  • International Orders: Charges vary by country and weight.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, courier strikes, or unforeseen events.

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping will incur additional charges.
